Jillian Enoch is Director of Public Policy for Retirement, Healthcare and Tax for Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to more than 43 million individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries. In her role, Jillian develops and analyzes public policy proposals impacting employee benefits and works to advance policies beneficial to Fidelity’s clients. In close cooperation with business partners and government relations, she supports development of firm positioning, communications, and advocacy strategies. Prior to joining Fidelity, Jillian spent over a decade working on retirement policy, investment advice standards, and tax compliance matters at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), a leading financial services trade association. She earned her Master of Public Policy from George Mason University and B.S. in International Business from the University of Maryland. She also earned a certificate from the Securities Industry Institute, and executive education program at The Wharton School.
