We will hear from thought leaders Mike Reinschmidt, Managing Director of Total Rewards at Accenture, and Kim Vincent, Director of Strategic Accounts with Stock Plan Services at Schwab, who will share their experiences and current trends for making equity compensation programs more accessible to participating employees.

Designed to be an interactive discussion, Mike and Kim will outline the elements of successful equity plan design, administration and communication and point out pitfalls to avoid.  We will review case studies for successful employee communications and education and managing relationships with third-party service providers and designated brokers.  Additionally, we will discuss potential methods for measuring the success of equity compensation programs, particularly in relation to key organizational goals such as recruiting, retention, and enhancing financial literacy among employees.
